Warranty Information

Cymbal offers a two-year standard repair warranty coverage on Cymbal hearing aids. Cymbal offers a one-year standard warranty coverage on Cymbal accessories. This coverage includes manufacturing defects. The warranty period will not be extended as a result of an in-warranty repair. Warranty period begins on the date of purchase registration.

Charger Warranty Coverage

Cymbal offers the following warranties on hearing aid chargers:

Chargers purchased with hearing aids have a warranty that matches the implied warranty of the hearing aid.
Chargers purchased outside of a hearing aid purchase have a one-year standard warranty.

Loss and Damage Policy

In the event that a hearing aid is lost or damaged beyond repair during the defined 1-year Loss & Damage period following its purchase date, Cymbal will replace the hearing aid with the exact model/circuit as the original for the same ear. Purchase date is defined as the date of purchase registration. This is a one-time-only service. A deductible may be applicable on all products. The serial number of the original aid must be provided to Cymbal. A hearing aid replaced under the Lost & Damaged policy is non-returnable for credit even if in the normal return period. For full details, please contact us. The Cymbal Loss and Damage policy strictly applies only to hearing aids. Any hearing aid returned to Cymbal for any reason that was previously replaced under the Loss & Damage Policy will be reclaimed as the property of Cymbal and therefore will not be repaired, remade, replaced, or returned.

Return and Exchange Policy

Cymbal hearing aids and accessories can be returned for full credit, unless damaged, within 60 days from the original purchase date. There will be no refunds after 61 days. Cymbal Hearing aids can be exchanged, unless damaged, within 60 days from the original purchase date. Note that exchanges may not be available when special pricing is involved for promotional orders. Should a higher-priced product be chosen for the exchange the difference will be charged.
